What if…you are only 20 new habits away from transforming your life?
Hi, My name is Jim Toth. I had just heard someone say something like that and the idea really stuck with me. The speaker said it in passing and didn’t really elaborate too much on it. But the idea stayed with me. “…Just 20 new habits away…Just 20 new habits away”.
“You’re just 20 new habits away from transforming your life”.
I started My20Habits to test that idea. To prove it right or wrong.
It strikes me as a very powerful idea. You and I should be able to shape my life into anything I want, just by adding 20 new habits. Our habits are our own, we control them. If you think about it our lives are just the sum of our habits. I’m going to test this idea.
You and I are just 20 new habits away from transforming our lives.
I’m going to experiment with my own 20 new habits and transform my own life. I have no idea how this will work out. I’m really not sure if I can do it at all. Changing habits and making new habits can be incredibly difficult but I’m going to try. Come along for the ride if you want.
